There are people who have been wearing cotton all their lives but then all of sudden find themselves allergic to it.

Almost anything can trigger an allergic reaction. Who are those people that are prone allergies?

• People who have certain medical conditions are very likely to have allergies.

• Some people who have severe allergic reaction in the past tend to develop some new form of allergies as well.

• Those with lung conditions that affect breathing. For example, individuals with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) normally develop some form of allergic reaction unique to them.

• People with nasal polyps

• Those with sensitive skin.

• Patients with frequent infection of the nasal sinuses, respiratory tract, or ears.

Another factor why some people get allergies is heredity. Some allergies are known to be passed along from parents to children. Do not just take medications though if you think you have an allergy. Seek your physician’s advice to avoid complications.
